At the end of your initial session, if you and Melissa agree to move forward in developing a quality partnership, you will receive a Welcome Package that includes an in-depth questionnaire to help you get started. You will then schedule a time to meet and work through the first phase, which takes about 1 1/2 hours. The goal of this first discovery meeting is to develop a strategy, timeline, goals, all necessary to set an agenda on the areas you wish to focus on and what you want to change.

You determine which area of your life you would like to explore with your life coach, anything from your family life, career, education, health, friendships, relationships, finances, values, vision, habits, what’s working for you currently, and what’s not.

After the initial session, you and Melissa will determine a schedule to meet that works for both of you to continue your coaching experience. Typically, clients meet with Melissa 2 times each month. You have to win a lot of mini-battles before you can win the war. Each session, you will leave with a goal to focus on and action steps that you create! A coach holds clients accountable to their agenda and keeps them moving forward.
